You want to dive into some paella but fear that the tomato may give you sleepless nights.Opt for some croquettes or spanish omelettes instead both are relatively mild and bladder friendly
You’re really tempted by the orange juice but it’s not that bladder friendly.Have some watermelon or apple juice instead though in small quantities and only as a treat as they are pretty acidic.
Try and get on one of those mini submarines and glass boat rides in the ocean.There’s nothing like watching the fish go by to make you feel all relaxed and happy again!
